- Prepare & control budgets for two 500MW offshore wind projects, organize quarterly reforecasts & monthly
reports. Prepare and review CAPEX & OPEX assumptions.
- Implement from scratch a set of procedures to structure the project organization, interfaces between the 8
departments & responsibilities (RACI matrix, Project Management Plan …). Keep them up to date.
- Follow-up the commitments made in the bid (industrial plan, partnerships with local stakeholders, continuous
dialogue…)
- Control the preparation & delivery of documentation expected for the main projects’ milestones toward the State

- Prepare the dialogue strategy with local stakeholders (main messages, planning, budget) and organize events
(exhibition, conferences, workshops)
- Manage the tender to hire consultants in charge of supporting the project’s team during two months of 11 public
meetings gathering 2 500 people (database of 200 questions & answers to prepare as well as a set of
communication tools / meetings with the project’ partners to organize to define common messages / wording)
- Organize meetings with the engineering department to define robust solutions from a technical perspective but
also aligned with bid commitments & local stakeholders’ constraints (fishermen for instance)
