Since 1995 in VALLOUREC, after 7 years in the Aerospace Industry. Leader in management of large business units and industrial entities. Since 2012 member of the Executive Committee of the VALLOUREC Group in charge of European units, worldwide business lines, and Corporate Industrial Policy. After leading heavy restructuration in Europe, I am now implementing a worldwide Technology & Industry organization in charge of optimizing the performance of VALLOUREC. "Give sense, anticipate, and dialog with people to get them together... Challenge the best and support the weakest, never give up and let those who do not want along the road". That's the way I like to do. Be rigorous, never over do, keep feet on the ground... even for a private pilot or a biker like me... that's the way I like to be!
